Available under the E-Store section of the Khedmah app, the service caters to a broad community of residents and expatriates across the Sultanate. Users can now conveniently recharge mobile numbers in 16 countries through the app’s secure digital platform.

This launch not only strengthens Khedmah’s portfolio but also enhances its digital ecosystem. By collaborating with over 43 international telecom operators, the service ensures wide coverage and global connectivity. Moreover, users benefit from round-the-clock accessibility, ensuring seamless communication regardless of time or location.

Reaching 16 Countries with Reliable Connectivity

The supported countries currently include Afghanistan, Australia, Benin, Botswana, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Malawi, Nepal, the Philippines, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, the UAE, and Zimbabwe. As Khedmah continues to grow its digital presence, there are plans to expand this list further in future phases.

Additionally, the service provides an intuitive user experience. It offers simple navigation, direct technical support via official channels, and the ability to recharge anytime.
