NTT DATA Expands Global AI Factory Network

NTT DATA Innovation Center AI Technology

NTT DATA is expanding its global AI Factory network to help businesses move AI projects from pilot programmes to production. Announced on October 27, 2026, the expansion adds new facilities in Paris and Singapore, strengthening the company’s presence across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

The AI Factories give companies practical environments to test AI applications against real business requirements. For example, organisations can assess infrastructure performance, security, governance, workload placement and operating costs before committing to large-scale deployments.

NTT DATA is combining its consulting, AI, infrastructure and managed services expertise with technologies from partners including Cisco and NVIDIA. As a result, businesses can evaluate integrated AI systems and develop clearer plans for production deployment.

New Facilities Strengthen Global AI Infrastructure

The Paris and Singapore sites join NTT DATA’s existing AI Factory in Plano, Texas, and its Riyadh facility. The company also opened its AI Factory Munich on October 7, 2026, at NTT Global Data Centres’ Munich 2 data centre.

Each location supports businesses that need to validate AI applications before investing in wider implementation. Meanwhile, Munich offers a production-grade environment where organisations can test their own applications and data against operational, security and regulatory requirements.

The Riyadh facility also gives the company a strategic base for supporting AI adoption across the Middle East and Africa. As a result, the expanding network connects regional businesses with technical expertise and infrastructure resources across multiple markets.

Helping Enterprises Move AI Into Production

NTT DATA says many businesses struggle to scale AI because of infrastructure bottlenecks, security concerns and uncertainty about costs. Therefore, its AI Factories help decision-makers test use cases and assess commercial value before expanding their investments.

The facilities demonstrate applications across employee productivity, customer experience, cybersecurity, software development and intelligent operations. In addition, industry-specific demonstrations help organisations assess how AI could address challenges in sectors such as banking, manufacturing and healthcare.

Cisco and NVIDIA technologies support the infrastructure for these environments. Specifically, Cisco Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA provides a foundation for secure, scalable enterprise AI deployments. NTT DATA combines this technology with its expertise in infrastructure design, security and managed services.

Dilip Kumar, President and Global Head of Infrastructure Solutions at NTT DATA, said businesses must connect AI investments with measurable results. He explained that organisations must balance innovation with security, responsible governance, and sustainable operating costs.

Ultimately, the expanded network aims to reduce the uncertainty surrounding enterprise AI deployment. By testing applications in practical environments, businesses can make better-informed infrastructure decisions and establish clearer routes from experimentation to operational use.
