Moreover, it aligns with the national Zero Government Bureaucracy Program, supporting the UAE’s broader vision of fostering an innovation-driven and sustainable private healthcare environment.
This advanced platform offers unified portal access, simplifies task management, integrates technical support, and automates financial operations. As a result, healthcare providers experience smoother regulatory compliance and improved service delivery. Furthermore, the system fits into MoHAP’s larger strategy to adopt emerging technologies, boosting institutional flexibility and competitiveness across the sector.

Designed to fully automate fine management under federal laws, the platform enables healthcare facilities to resolve violations quickly and efficiently. Abdullah Ahli, Acting Assistant Under-Secretary for Support Services at MoHAP, described the platform as a transformative tool. He emphasized its transparency and efficiency, noting how it strengthens public-private partnerships and enhances competitiveness throughout the healthcare sector.
Digital Payments and Efficiency Boost Customer Satisfaction
Amna Al Mandoos, Head of the Revenue Section at MoHAP’s Financial Affairs Department, explained that the digital system fully automates fine collection while complying with federal regulations. She added that offering multiple digital payment options reduces administrative burdens for healthcare providers and improves customer satisfaction.
Al Mandoos also highlighted that the system increases transaction accuracy, speeds up processes, and improves adherence to regulations. Both officials agreed this initiative marks a key milestone in MoHAP’s digital transformation journey, driving innovation in government services and raising healthcare regulation standards across the UAE.
