Marshall Celebrates Lunar New Year with Limited Edition Emberton III Speaker

Marshall has unveiled a special edition of its popular Emberton III portable speaker to commemorate the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Snake. Designed in collaboration with Chinese visual artist 野 Dark Question, the limited-edition speaker is part of Marshall’s “Woodsnake 2025” celebrations, which draw inspiration from legendary music festivals like Woodstock.

The Lunar New Year Emberton III features an eye-catching design in army olive green and burnt orange, with packaging inspired by vintage firecracker and psychedelic rock artwork. While the design has been refreshed, the speaker retains all the features of the original Emberton III, including 32+ hours of portable playback on a single charge, true stereo sound, an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, Bluetooth LE connectivity for energy-efficient pairing, and built-in microphones for calls.

Marshall’s “Woodsnake 2025” celebrations will include a global tour with events in China, Paris, and New York, connecting local communities to mark the Lunar New Year.
