Moreover, the agreement brings M42’s integrated network of world-class healthcare facilities onto MTA’s flagship platform, Better by MTA. Consequently, patients can now find, plan, and pay for care more easily through a single digital experience.
Platform Access and Features
Better by MTA, built in partnership with Mastercard, simplifies travel, payments, and care planning for international patients. In addition, leading M42 facilities such as Healthpoint and Imperial College London Diabetes & Endocrine Centre will appear prominently on the platform. The service also supports secure payment flows and streamlined logistics, so cross-border care is less complex and more transparent.

As a result, international patients gain smoother access to high-quality UAE healthcare while M42 expands its global reach. Furthermore, the platform connects around 1.3 million healthcare seekers annually and is projected to serve 2–3 million by the end of 2025.
With over 480 facilities across 26 countries, M42’s network offers renal care, chronic disease management, diagnostics, specialty surgery, women’s and children’s health, and long-term care. Therefore, this collaboration strengthens the UAE’s position as a medical tourism hub and helps remove financial and logistical barriers for patients worldwide.
