The company announced a new partnership on Tuesday with a leading U.S. AI chipmaker to help AI cloud providers deploy data centres more quickly. Through this collaboration, it aims to strengthen its role in the fast-growing AI sector. At the same time, the move reflects rising demand for scalable and efficient AI infrastructure worldwide.
The announcement took place at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. During the event, the company also presented an AI platform, multiple concept devices, and its first foldable smartphone under the Motorola brand. In addition, it highlighted how its expanding hardware portfolio supports broader AI adoption.
Under the data centre programme, the company will combine its liquid-cooled hybrid AI infrastructure with advanced computing platforms. As a result, AI cloud providers are expected to reduce deployment timelines to a matter of weeks. Consequently, the initiative is positioned to speed up large-scale AI factory development.
Qira Platform and AI Device Concepts
The company also introduced Qira, a personal AI system designed to operate across PCs, smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices. Notably, the system is intended to function seamlessly in the background. Moreover, it can integrate services from third-party providers, including travel platforms.
Beyond software, the company showcased concept AI glasses, aligning itself with other major technology players exploring AI-powered wearables. Additionally, it revealed progress on an AI assistant wearable under “Project Maxwell.” This device is expected to deliver real-time assistance to users, further expanding the company’s AI ecosystem.
