Infibeam Avenues, a provider of digital payment solutions, is streamlining its worldwide operations in order to aggressively enter and grow the market for digital payment gateway infrastructure globally.
Infibeam Avenues Australia Pty Ltd, AI Fintech Inc., and Infibeam Avenues Saudi Arabia for Information Systems Technology Co, the company’s three fully-owned international subsidiaries for the Australian, American, and Saudi Arabian markets, respectively, will all transition to stepdown subsidiaries as a result of the consolidation restructuring. They would be given to Vavian International Ltd, the second-largest payment aggregator in the UAE and a completely owned subsidiary of Infibeam Avenues Ltd. The combination has also received the blessing of Infibeam Avenues’ board of directors.
