HP and Ferrari have unveiled the HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC, blending luxury automotive design with high-performance computing. The collaboration, which took nearly two years to develop, debuted ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix. The laptop carries a price tag of $5,599 and will become available on June 12 through HP and Ferrari online stores.
Moreover, the launch is limited to just 4,999 individually numbered units worldwide, reinforcing its exclusivity and collector appeal.
Ferrari-Inspired Design Meets Powerful AI Performance
The laptop’s standout feature is its Rosso Magma finish, the same metallic red used on Ferrari road cars. In addition, a transparent bottom panel reveals the cooling system, drawing inspiration from the glass engine covers found on mid-engine supercars.
Furthermore, the device incorporates carbon-fiber construction influenced by Ferrari chassis engineering. HP also includes a premium Poltrona Frau leather sleeve crafted from the same materials used in Ferrari vehicle interiors.
On the performance side, the laptop features an Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor, Intel Arc B390 graphics, 64GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD. As a result, it delivers up to 180 TOPS of AI computing power. Meanwhile, a 14-inch 3K Tandem OLED touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate enhances the user experience. Connectivity options include Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, and USB-C ports.
Exclusive Release Carries a Premium Price Tag
At $5,599, the Ferrari-branded laptop sits firmly in the luxury technology segment. While similarly configured premium laptops cost considerably less, the limited-edition design, exclusive materials, and Ferrari branding contribute to its higher price point.
The laptop will launch in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, and Switzerland on June 12. Additionally, each unit features a unique serial number, further enhancing its collectible status.
With production capped at 4,999 units globally, HP and Ferrari are following a strategy similar to Ferrari’s most exclusive automobiles. Consequently, the laptop targets enthusiasts, collectors, and luxury technology buyers seeking both performance and rarity.
