HONOR has launched the Magic8 Pro across the GCC, reinforcing its focus on AI imaging, flagship performance, and advanced connectivity. The regional event in Dubai introduced the device to media, partners, creators, and photographers. Furthermore, the launch included the regional debut of the “Chase Your Light” competition to reward creative photography.
Key features and innovation
The Magic8 Pro highlights next-generation imaging with a 200MP AI Ultra Night Telephoto camera. Additionally, the phone includes an upgraded AI Ultra Night Portrait mode for improved color accuracy and exposure balance. Moreover, new software tools such as AI Magic Color and an on-device AI Editor enable rapid creative adjustments. The device also ships with the Snapdragon® 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform for flagship-level processing and responsiveness. In addition, HONOR specified a large 7100mAh Silicon-carbon Battery and new AI functions like an AI Button, AI Search, and AI Documents to boost productivity.

Importantly, the Magic8 Pro is positioned as the first 5.5G-ready smartphone in the UAE, which supports next-generation network capabilities. Meanwhile, an Experience Zone at the launch demonstrated low-light performance in realistic settings. Pre-orders begin on December 11, 2025, across the UAE. The model line includes 12GB + 512GB in Sunrise Gold, Sky Cyan, and Black for AED 3,999. Additionally, a 16GB + 1TB configuration arrives in Sunrise Gold and Black for AED 4,699. All pre-orders include a premium gift package valued at AED 2,299, which contains HONOR VIP Care+ with 12-month damage protection, a three-month Google AI Pro trial, and an HONOR Watch5 Ultra.
