Fujairah has become the first emirate in the UAE to roll out a fully AI-powered digital services center, marking a major step forward in national digital transformation efforts. The new center, inaugurated by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, is designed to offer citizens and residents an entirely virtual and interconnected government service experience. It integrates cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, metaverse platforms, and blockchain into a single interface without the need for human intervention.

This initiative reflects the UAE’s broader commitment to innovation and future-ready governance. By centralizing services across various government entities through one digital interface, the center not only simplifies access but also significantly improves operational efficiency. Moreover, the platform ensures faster service delivery and provides a scalable model for other emirates.

A New Standard for Government Efficiency and Innovation

The digital services center in Fujairah sets a new standard in public service delivery across the UAE. It offers more than 150 digital services and is expected to accommodate over 20,000 users annually. In addition to core offerings from the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, the platform includes services from federal and local government entities.

Equipped with intelligent systems, the center enables data-driven decision-making and predictive analysis. This leads to improved planning and resource allocation. Furthermore, it enhances the quality of life by reducing the time and effort required to access essential services. Because the system operates entirely online, it supports 24/7 service availability removing traditional time and location constraints.

Aligning With National Strategies and Long-Term Vision

The launch of the AI-driven center is part of a broader strategy under the UAE’s digital transformation agenda. It aligns with the National Strategy for Government Services and the ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision. These frameworks focus on building a human-centric, smart government ecosystem that leverages emerging technologies to improve service quality.

By doing so, the UAE aims to boost its global competitiveness in digital governance and further solidify its position as a leader in innovation. The platform also includes channels for public feedback and service co-creation, allowing users to contribute directly to future service development.

To mark the occasion, the Ministry partnered with Emirates Post to release a commemorative stamp in honor of the Crown Prince of Fujairah, reinforcing the symbolic importance of this transformative initiative.
