Dubai SME has partnered with a global technology provider to strengthen the digital capabilities of Emirati-owned small and medium-sized enterprises. The initiative focuses on eliminating barriers that often limit SME growth, including restricted budgets, limited digital marketing knowledge, and reduced access to advanced advertising platforms. The programme enables participating companies to compete globally while maintaining cost efficiency.
Pilot Programme for High-Potential Businesses
The collaboration introduces a proof-of-concept pilot designed to support ten high-potential Emirati businesses. Each will gain access to advanced marketing tools, advertising credits, and expert mentorship to elevate campaign performance. Since funding is shared equally among Dubai SME, the technology provider, and the SME itself, businesses remain accountable while developing long-term digital skills. Additionally, the programme leverages the marketing expertise of Dubai’s tourism and economy ecosystem to guide participants through content optimisation and digital strategy.
Towards a Scalable National Model
Performance results from the pilot will inform future expansion across the wider SME community. As insights are gathered, successful practices will be scaled to benefit more businesses in subsequent phases. This approach aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to establish Dubai as the fastest-growing and most attractive hub for entrepreneurship. The initiative also demonstrates the emirate’s commitment to empowering local champions and building a globally competitive SME sector.
