Dubai has introduced a wider range of parking subscription plans, and the new structure now offers 15 updated categories for residents and visitors. These plans aim to increase flexibility and improve access across key residential, commercial, and development zones. Moreover, prices begin at Dh100 per month for students and staff at private educational institutions, while the highest tier reaches Dh500 per month for side-street and open-yard parking.
The system also includes quarterly bundles. For example, a Dh1,400 three-month package is available in areas such as Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Hills. This option, therefore, provides added value for drivers who need consistent access throughout the season.
New Zone Packages and Long-Term Options
The updated plans cover side-street and yard parking across several zones, giving users a broader mix of choices. Additionally, customers may register up to three vehicles under the same traffic file, which helps families and frequent commuters manage costs more efficiently. Dedicated yard-only subscriptions in Zones B and D start at Dh250 per month and support drivers who require 24-hour or overnight parking.
In major development areas, flexible packages have been expanded. Dubai Silicon Oasis (Zone H) now offers subscriptions from Dh1,400 for three months, while limited-zone permits begin at Dh1,000 for the same duration. In Dubai Hills (631G), where demand continues to rise, subscriptions are available for periods of up to a full year. Long-term options also extend to Wasl Real Estate W/WP zones, beginning at Dh300 per month for users seeking lower monthly costs.
Reduced-rate categories further support private education employees, who can subscribe from Dh100 for side-street and yard parking within 500 metres of their workplace in Zones A, B, C, and D. Students receive similar benefits starting at Dh100 per month within the same distance of their institutions.
Additional Facilities and Citywide Access
For those who spend long hours in central areas, multi-storey parking subscriptions start at Dh735 per month. Furthermore, several development zones now feature tailored packages, including Dubai Studio City (Dh315 per month for 869 spaces), Dubai Outsource City (Dh315 for 141 spaces), Dubai Sports City (Dh300 for 875 spaces), and Dubai International Academic City (from Dh315 for 1,850 spaces).
The expansion also covers Dubai Production City, offering subscriptions from Dh315 for access to 5,650 spaces, and Dubai Science Park, which provides options from Dh315 for 777 spaces in Zone 672F. Through these updates, the system aims to improve accessibility and deliver solutions suited to daily and seasonal parking needs. Drivers are encouraged to use the official app to explore available plans and select the subscription that best matches their location, routine, and parking duration.
