The Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) has launched applications for the second cycle of its “Future of AI in Government Services Accelerator.” The programme invites global tech innovators and AI companies to design and deploy advanced solutions with over 20 government entities.
Organised in collaboration with Dubai Future Accelerators, the initiative is part of the ‘Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence.’ This strategy aims to establish Dubai as the leading hub for AI-powered innovation across all major sectors.
Programme Focus and Opportunities
The accelerator targets four priority areas: improving personalisation and efficiency in existing services, creating new AI-powered solutions for unsolved challenges, enhancing operational efficiency in daily processes, and expanding accessibility for all members of society.
Selected companies will gain direct access to decision-makers, receive expert mentorship, and collaborate with government teams to pilot their solutions. Participants will attend an intensive eight-week residency from October 6 to November 28, 2025, with accommodation and travel fully covered. This setup allows teams to focus entirely on developing and implementing their projects in a real-world government setting.
Results and Application Details
The first cycle drew 615 AI companies from 55 countries, producing 183 AI use cases, with 75 already piloted. The second cycle aims to build on this momentum and foster more innovative applications of AI in public services.
Applications remain open until August 28, 2025. Interested AI companies can apply through the DCAI website for an opportunity to contribute to the future of government services in Dubai.
