The inaugural WHX Tech 2025, organized by Informa Markets in collaboration with the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 8–10. The event is held under the patronage of the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), Dubai Health, Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Emirates Health Services (EHS), and NABIDH.
Bringing together more than 200 speakers, 300 brands, and 5,000 healthcare leaders from over 30 countries, WHX Tech aims to advance partnerships and policy changes that turn innovation into real-world practice.
Driving Innovation Through AI and Women-Led Solutions
The event will focus on artificial intelligence, women-led innovation, and actionable healthcare solutions that can reshape the industry’s future. At its core is the World X stage, showcasing women leaders, generative AI breakthroughs, and case studies of transformative technologies already in use.
Hospital systems are increasingly adopting AI to enhance safety and streamline workflows. Startups are introducing new approaches to patient engagement, moving beyond theoretical discussions toward practical change.
Key Themes and Experiences
Generative AI and interoperability will lead the discussions, with topics covering AI-driven drug discovery, clinical decision support, and personalized care delivery. Attendees will have access to live hospital simulations and the $50,000 WHX Tech Xcelerate Startup Competition.
The program will also feature curated investor matchmaking sessions, creating opportunities for startups and innovators to bring solutions from concept to implementation. Sessions on women in digital health will explore the unwritten rules of innovation and the adoption of digital health technologies.
Building on a Legacy of Healthcare Events
WHX Tech builds upon Informa Markets’ five decades of healthcare events in the region. As the evolution of Arab Health now rebranded as WHX Dubai—the event aims to rethink care delivery, management, and patient experience at scale. With Dubai positioned as a bridge between East and West, the platform seeks to foster global collaboration and sustainable adoption of healthcare innovations.
