Dubai Airports has introduced DXB Greet & Go, a new digital pickup system at Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminal 3. The initiative is designed to enhance the arrival experience, particularly for passengers with pre-booked arrangements such as hotel stays, limousines, or tour operators.

Instead of relying on traditional guest paging, the system enables passengers to head directly to a designated kiosk upon arrival. There, they can scan a personalized QR code provided by their service operator. As a result, travelers instantly receive their driver’s details, vehicle information, and parking location. Multilingual support staff are available at the kiosks to guide guests to the right pickup point.

Streamlining Operations and Improving Passenger Flow

Participating businesses including licensed hotels, limousine companies, and tour operators can register via the DXB Greet & Go portal. Through the portal, they can input driver and vehicle data and share unique QR codes with their guests. This simplifies coordination and reduces confusion at the pickup zone.

Moreover, the system enhances crowd management within the terminal. By consolidating pickup activity at secure and organized locations, congestion in the Arrivals area is reduced. Consequently, overall operational flow becomes more efficient and passenger movement more fluid.

By centralizing and digitizing guest pickup, the airport continues to set new benchmarks in airport innovation. The initiative supports smoother transitions from flight to ground transport, reinforcing DXB’s position as a global leader in passenger experience and operational excellence.
