Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority has partnered with VOLT UAE to develop an AI-ready data center in Dubai Silicon Oasis. As a result, the project strengthens Dubai’s position as a global digital economy hub. The agreement brings together infrastructure, investment, and technology capabilities to support advanced computing needs.
The initiative reflects growing demand for AI-driven infrastructure. Therefore, the collaboration focuses on building scalable and secure digital capacity across the region.
High-Performance Infrastructure and Capabilities
The facility will feature high-performance systems designed for resilience and continuous operations. In addition, the design includes reinforced architecture, redundant systems, and hardened infrastructure. Consequently, the data center can maintain availability under demanding conditions.
The project targets the rising need for AI compute platforms. Moreover, it supports the development, training, and deployment of AI models at scale. As a result, the facility will function as a core platform for digital workloads across multiple sectors.

Under the agreement, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority will provide land and core infrastructure, while VOLT UAE will manage development, financing, construction, and operations. At the same time, Schneider Electric will deliver electrical systems and smart infrastructure to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
