DEWA Secures Two Prestigious Awards at 2024 International Innovation Awards
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has been honored with two awards in the Service and Solution category at the 2024 International Innovation Awards, organized by Enterprise Asia. These awards highlight DEWA’s dedication to fostering innovative services and advancing sustainability.
The first recognition was for the ‘Automation Mechanism between Meter Data Management System and Head End System via Enterprise Service Bus’ initiative, which enhances transaction reliability and efficiency, minimizes manual processes, and ensures real-time smart responses.
The second award celebrated the ‘AlBunya Alraqameya Enterprise Architecture Repository & Portal’ initiative. This innovative project optimizes architecture management, streamlines strategic alignment, and supports smart decision-making with advanced engineering data.
Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, emphasized the authority’s commitment to innovation and sustainability, aligning with the UAE’s National Innovation Strategy. “DEWA continuously works to redefine the future of utilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence through pioneering technologies,” he said.
