The Coders HQ, one of the National Programme for Coders projects, hosted the world-leading entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk, Chairman and CEO of the digital content leading companies VaynerX and VaynerMedia, in an interactive session, as part of HQ “Get Inspired” activities.
A host of UAE coders and modern technology enthusiasts participated in the session, which shed light on Vaynerchuk’s inspiring journey in the field of digital content related to blockchain, Web 3.0, and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
During his speech at the third session held at HQ “Get Inspired”, Vaynerchuk stated that the best characteristic of technical experts is to be curious about knowledge and always to ask themselves: “what if?”. He displayed his vision and experience in the fields of blockchain and Web 3.0, pinpointing that coders and new generations, in general, must be humble and dedicated to understanding the shifts in digital technology.
“The main challenge facing many people in today’s world is the difficulty to understand the impact of the new generation of the Internet, Web 3.0, and its great developments compared to the previous generations. Using concepts, tools and expectations based on the previous generations limit people’s ability to innovate creative solutions,” he added.

HQ “Get Inspired” hosts prominent digital companies’ CEOs in interactive sessions to highlight their success stories and leading experiences in the field of technology. It aims to inspire young coders to develop their capabilities and expertise and participate in developing technological solutions for future challenges.
Also, embodying the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, the UAE government launched the Coders HQ, a new transformational project that re-defines local coding communities in the UAE and worldwide. It aims firstly, to build the most vibrant coding community in the region, secondly to upskill the local coding community and lastly to connect coders to the best opportunities.
