Zoom Unveils AI-Powered Real-Time Sales Coaching Tools

AI sales coaching dashboard

Zoom has introduced new AI-powered capabilities for its Zoom Revenue Accelerator platform, giving sales teams real-time coaching, natural language data queries, and AI-driven practice simulations. The latest updates help sales professionals prepare before customer meetings, receive live guidance during conversations, and review insights afterward.

New AI features support every stage of customer engagement

The update includes three new capabilities designed to improve sales performance. First, Sales Assist provides competitive intelligence, objection-handling suggestions, and discovery prompts during live customer conversations. Meanwhile, Ask ZRA enables sales teams and managers to query conversation data and revenue metrics using natural language. In addition, Sales Roleplay creates AI-powered practice scenarios based on real customer situations.

These features shift conversation intelligence beyond traditional post-call analysis into real-time support. “Together, these innovations deliver AI-powered guidance before, during, and after every customer engagement,” Zoom said in its announcement.

New pricing options expand AI access

Zoom will offer the new capabilities through two subscription tiers. Zoom Revenue Accelerator Essentials will launch in August at $66 per user per month with annual billing. It includes core conversation intelligence and consumption-based access to the new AI tools.

Meanwhile, Zoom Revenue Accelerator Premium is available immediately for $99.99 per user per month with annual billing. The plan includes unlimited Sales Assist usage along with recurring monthly AI credits for Ask ZRA and Sales Roleplay.

AI strategy extends beyond sales coaching

The latest release builds on Zoom’s broader push into AI-powered sales technology. Earlier this month, the company announced a definitive agreement to acquire Common Room, an AI-native go-to-market intelligence platform that transforms fragmented buyer signals into person-level intelligence.

Additionally, Zoom introduced an MCP Connector in June to extend Revenue Accelerator insights into OpenAI Codex and other compatible AI platforms. The newest release also adds an MCP Server and an OpenAI Codex plug-in, allowing Revenue Accelerator data to integrate more deeply into enterprise AI workflows
