Magna AI, EEC Advance Sovereign AI Infrastructure

Magna AI EEC partnership signing

Magna AI has signed a strategic agreement with Emirates Enterprise Council (EEC) to develop sovereign AI data centers and digital infrastructure across the UAE. The partnership supports the country’s ambition to strengthen national AI capabilities while expanding secure, locally managed computing resources. Consequently, both organizations aim to accelerate the adoption of sovereign artificial intelligence across government and enterprise sectors.

The collaboration also aligns with the UAE’s long-term digital transformation strategy. Moreover, it focuses on building resilient AI infrastructure that supports data sovereignty, cybersecurity, and sustainable innovation.

Building Secure AI Infrastructure

Under the agreement, Magna AI and EEC will collaborate on designing and deploying next-generation sovereign AI data centers. Therefore, organizations will gain access to high-performance computing environments that keep sensitive data within national borders while supporting advanced AI workloads.

The partners also plan to develop AI-ready infrastructure that meets growing demand for generative AI, machine learning, and large-scale data processing. In addition, the initiative will promote secure cloud services, digital resilience, and scalable computing capacity for public and private sector organizations.

A representative from Magna AI said, “This collaboration marks a significant step toward establishing world-class sovereign AI infrastructure that empowers organizations to innovate while maintaining full control over their critical data assets.”

Supporting the UAE’s AI Vision

The partnership extends beyond infrastructure by encouraging innovation, investment, and collaboration across the country’s AI ecosystem. As a result, businesses, government entities, and technology providers can accelerate digital transformation while strengthening national technological capabilities.
