Wolf Tornado Debuts as Yas Marina’s Latest Track Experience
Yas Marina Circuit has introduced the Wolf Tornado, a high-performance prototype race car, to its premium driving experience lineup. Previously, the car secured the overall pole at the inaugural Gulf 12 Hours in Abu Dhabi in 2011. Now, it returns to the circuit as a passenger experience, while full driving sessions will launch soon.
Notably, the Wolf Tornado has achieved over 100 race victories and earned 12 titles since its debut. Moreover, it stands as the first CN2 prototype built with a carbon-fiber chassis. As a result, motorsport fans gain rare access to an authentic endurance racing machine at one of the world’s most iconic Formula 1 venues.
Prototype Engineering Meets Real-World Track Thrills
Built on years of endurance racing success, the Tornado delivers up to 430 horsepower alongside lightweight carbon construction. In addition, it features race-grade braking and high aerodynamic downforce. Consequently, drivers experience sharp responsiveness, strong stability, and immersive feedback on every lap.
Currently, guests can book a 20-minute passenger session to feel the car’s full acceleration and cornering grip. Meanwhile, upcoming driving experiences will allow participants to take the wheel themselves.
Before heading on track, drivers will complete safety briefings and gear fitting. Then, they will enjoy 15 minutes of driving, followed by a post-session video review and performance analysis. Furthermore, private coaching will remain available for those seeking guided instruction from professional instructors.
