Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy Unveils ‘The Entrepreneur’s AI Playbook’
The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has introduced The Entrepreneur’s AI Playbook, a hands-on guide created to help founders integrate artificial intelligence into their businesses. This release is part of the Create Apps in Dubai initiative, which is aligned with the city’s broader push to become a global tech leader.
Developed to assist startups through every phase of growth, the playbook offers clear strategies for using AI from ideation to scaling. It was launched under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council. The initiative also aims to train 1,000 UAE nationals, triple the number of app developers in Dubai, and support 100 new locally developed apps.
Moreover, the Create Apps Championship has been introduced to attract international talent and inspire entrepreneurs to showcase innovative mobile solutions. By doing so, the program not only supports local innovation but also reinforces Dubai’s status as a hub for smart application development.

The Entrepreneur’s AI Playbook serves as a practical tool for founders at every stage of the startup journey. It begins by guiding users through early steps like naming and branding. Then, it shifts to more advanced tasks such as designing business models, developing digital products, and implementing customer acquisition strategies.

It complements other key efforts such as the AI Retreat, AI Week in schools, and the Dubai Universal Blueprint for AI. Furthermore, the appointment of Chief AI Officers across government bodies highlights the city’s commitment to innovation in both public and private sectors.
