Apple has officially entered Saudi Arabia’s retail market with the launch of its online store and the Apple Store app. For the first time, customers in the Kingdom can directly purchase Apple products and services through a fully localized Arabic experience. Additionally, this move brings Apple’s complete product lineup, from iPhones and iPads to Macs and wearables, to users across the country.
The digital storefront also includes features such as personalized recommendations, product comparisons, and order tracking. Furthermore, customers can customize their Macs by selecting chip, memory, and storage options. Apple Watch configurations are also customizable, giving users the ability to mix and match bands and cases.
Personalization and Arabic Support Features
For the first time in the region, customers can engrave AirPods, Apple Pencil, and AirTags in both Arabic and English using apple.com/sa-en/store. Moreover, the experience extends to real-time, localized customer support. Users can chat or call for expert assistance in Arabic, including help with product selection, iOS setup, data migration, and cellular activation.
This localized support ensures that customers receive guidance tailored to their needs while navigating the store or setting up their devices. As a result, the online store enhances both the shopping and onboarding experience for new users in the Kingdom.
Future Plans Include Physical Retail Presence
While the online launch is Apple’s first direct-to-consumer step in Saudi Arabia, the company has more in store. Plans are already in motion to open physical Apple Stores in the Kingdom beginning in 2026. Among the upcoming retail locations is a flagship store in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With this multi-stage expansion, Apple is firmly establishing a long-term presence in one of the region’s fastest-growing tech markets.
