Dubai Police & Radio Holland Team Up to Boost Smart Boat Project

Dubai Police has entered into a partnership with Radio Holland Middle East to advance the development of its Smart Boat Project, known as Haddad. Major General Dr. Saleh Abdullah Murad of Dubai Police and Patrick Campagnoli, representative of Radio Holland Middle East, formalized the memorandum of understanding during a signing ceremony.

This collaboration aims to improve the Smart Boat Project by integrating advanced smart systems that enhance water area security and boost response times during police operations. Additionally, the initiative seeks to lower the operational and maintenance costs associated with the fleet of security boats.

Major General Dr. Saleh Murad highlighted the importance of such collaborations, emphasizing that they are crucial for effective communication and knowledge sharing. “These efforts aim to improve performance levels, achieve Dubai Police’s strategic objectives, and ensure community safety and security,” he stated.

Brigadier Dr. Hassan Suhail Al Suwaidi also weighed in on the partnership, highlighting its significant impact on the Smart Boat Project.

He emphasized that the collaboration would introduce cutting-edge technologies and specialized expertise, which are crucial for advancing the project’s capabilities. This move underscores Dubai Police’s commitment to enhancing port security through strategic alliances that bolster operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Patrick Campagnoli, representing Radio Holland Middle East, shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “Through this partnership with Dubai Police, Radio Holland Middle East is excited to engage in one of the world’s most ambitious security initiatives. Our involvement aims to contribute significantly to realizing Dubai Police’s forward-looking vision and enhancing their operational capabilities.”

The memorandum of understanding details a comprehensive framework for cooperation between the two entities.
