Dubai to operate air taxis for The Palm tourists by 2026

It was announced that the first electric vertical take-offs and landing (eVOLT) flights which are specially made for tourists will take off from the Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai.

A letter of Intent was signed by a subsidiary of Eve Holdings and Falcon Aviation Services for up to 35 eVOLT Aircraft.

Falcon Aviation took to their social media and posted a bunch of images and wrote, “On June 7th, Falcon Aviation and Eve celebrated the announcement of their partnership, introducing the first eVOLT flights in Dubai, in the presence of representatives from Atlantis the pal, key partners, and media.”

“With deliveries expected to start in 2026, the first eVOLT touristic flight will depart from Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai.”

“Falcon Aviation is fully committed to delivering an effective and sustainable new urban transportation mode and providing the community with better and faster solutions.”

Both Eve Holdings and Falcon Aviation Services will work with the local authorities and stakeholders to support and develop the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) ecosystem for the Emirates.

As quoted by Khaleej Times, the chief operating officer of Falcon, Captain Ramandeep Oberoi said, “We are ecstatic to partner with Eve and be the first operator of eVOLT in Dubai and the MENA region.”
